Join us for an intimate evening designed to linger.
This five-course, chef-driven winemaker dinner features thoughtfully paired wines from Modales Wines, guided throughout the evening by winemaker Andrew Backlin.
Each course is crafted to highlight balance, texture, and site-driven winemaking, with pairings created by the former executive chef of Detroit’s iconic Rattlesnake Club, bringing classic technique and refined execution to every plate.
This seated experience is designed to slow things down allowing guests to savor each course, hear the stories behind the wines, and enjoy a truly special evening.
