Cost: $99 per person

Join us for an evening celebrating the bold flavors of fire, smoke, and char. Enjoy a welcome glass of Sparkling Wine followed by a four-course chef's tasting menu featuring seared scallop, smoked Icelandic cod, grilled New York strip, and a refined s'mores dessert. Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the menu's balance of richness, spice, and smoke.
