For one evening, the kitchens of avec and Perilla come together for a shared table. This multi-course dinner explores the harmony between Mediterranean hearth cooking and Korean tradition—layering smoke, citrus, fermentation, and spring vegetables into a menu that moves from delicate to deeply savory, finishing with something bright and sweet.
Tasting menu will be paired with a selection of wine and cocktails.

pork shoulder bo saam with clams and seasonal banchan

layered yuja cake with macerated strawberries and candied black sesame
