Presented by American Fine Wine Competition

Sip incredible wine, taste fabulous food, listen to cool sounds,

and help raise funds for important causes.

This event is pure late-afternoon-into-the-evening fun. AFWC pours more than 150 beautiful rosé wines and dozens of award-winning wines from The Invitational - amazing reds & whites - plus wineries will be there pouring other wines. Local restaurants are also invited to showcase their creations. 

“Fifty Shades of Pink + Red, White & Food” is an exciting and tasty event for you!  We offer wineries an opportunity to showcase their wines- and YOU taste them!  Local restaurants come to show off their best- just for YOU, and we raise funds for worthy charities- and YOU can help. 

Joel Feigenheimer Scholarship Fund

Dr. Joel Feigenheimer, Shari’s husband, lost his battle with ALS in April 2023. An unimaginable loss to Shari, his children, and the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality. Established by AFWC, Shari Gherman, and FIU in his memory, the Joel Feigenheimer Scholarship Endowment will continue the mission Dr. Joel was passionate about - to help students of Hospitality and provide financial support for students enrolled at the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

The 2026 Fifty Shades of Pink will take place on Sunday, May 17th, from 5 pm-8 pm at the Fort Lauderdale Women’s Club
