Fermentopia festival is returning to Phoenix, Oregon this winter with more vendors, and more culinary experiences! This two-day vibrant marketplace brings together 35+ curated vendors from across Oregon and Northern California, showcasing the diverse world of fermented foods and drinks. Discover a symphony of bold flavors and endless nutritional benefits perfect for winter wellness. Meet the passionate artisans behind small-batch cheeses, tangy pickles, gut-loving ferments, natural wines, craft beers, sourdough breads, miso, hot sauces, chocolates and so much more. This is your chance to taste, sip, shop, and learn directly from the makers themselves—all while exploring the ancient tradition of fermentation that has sustained communities through winter for centuries. The festival also features artisan products that complement fermentation culture, including handcrafted pottery crocks, chopping boards, cookbooks, and finishing salts.

We are taking over downtown Phoenix with vendors stationed at the Phoenix Plaza Civic Center, Oregon Cheese Cave and Moxie Brew Taphouse. Day Pass is only $7. Kids 12 and under enjoy free access.
