Celebrate Dad with an unforgettable evening inspired by the bold, seasonal flavors of the Pacific Northwest.
Join us at Barnard Griffin Winery on Friday, June 19th at 6:30pm for a Father’s Day Dinner featuring a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu that highlights the best of the region from the coastal waters to the grill. The evening begins with a taste of the sea, followed by crisp, classic accompaniments and a progression of hearty, protein-forward courses that showcase both fresh Northwest seafood and expertly grilled cuts.
While this dinner will not be wine paired, guests are welcome to purchase wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages from our menu throughout the evening to enjoy alongside the meal.
Whether you’re raising a glass to Dad, gathering with family, or simply enjoying a relaxed evening around the table, this promises to be a night of generous plates, great wine, and memorable toasts.
Tickets are $100.00 per person and wine club members will receive a welcome splash of wine.
The Menu:
1st Course - Dungeness crab cake with a lemon aioli & microgreens
2nd Course - wedge salad; blue cheese dressing, crispy pancetta, red onion, tomato, chives
3rd Course - cedar plank salmon with citrus herb couscous and chive blossom
4th Course - grilled ribeye with chimichurri, served over a potato puree with charred broccolini**
5th Course - strawberry rhubarb shortcake with fresh whipped cream
**Fourth course will be served family style
