Fat Tuesday Specials At Tuman’s Tap & Grill

In celebration of Mardi Gras, Tuman’s Tap & Grill adds New Orleans-inspired specials on Fat Tuesday. Enjoy a bowl of hearty housemade Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Gumbo ($19), and pair it with a Pipeworks Brewing King Cake Ale draft ($7). Brewers took inspiration from Mardi Gras king cakes, the sweet and colorful pastry popular in New Orleans from early January through Fat Tuesday. The ale features flavors of lemon, cinnamon, and nutmeg, with a bit of added sweetness from lactose. The gumbo is available from 4-10 p.m., and the beer special is available 4 p.m.-midnight on Tuesday, February 17 (regular business hours, while supplies last).
