A Taste of Marrakesh.
Let yourself be transported to the exotic, magical Moroccan city of Marrakesh.
Arrive at 7:00PM to explore the farm and enjoy some passed hors d'ouevres and chilled herbal tea. Feel free to bring any other beverages that you would like to enjoy (beer, wine, soda, etc) we’ll provide the glassware.
Once all the guests arrive we will sit communally next to friends old and new. Food will be served family style to be passed and shared around the table. Our menus reflect the farm and always include greens harvested the day of the event.

Hors d’oeuvres
Assorted Briouat Lamb or vegetables filled light dough triangles
Slata Mechouia, Grilled vegetables with olive oil, garlic, and garlic on toasts
Appetizer
Three color, half cooked carrots salad with cumin, orange blossom water, and parsley
Entree.
Chicken Pastilla.
A delicate dish made with a blend of roasted chicken, nuts, ginger, cilantro, and fragrant Moroccan spices roasted in a delicate phylo dough crust
Vegetable Tajine with garbanzo beans
Dessert
Sweet couscous with raisins, dried fruit and honey
Mint green tea
Petit fours
Dates stuffed with butter and mint

We also sell produce!!
$25 bag of fresh produce is available for purchase with your ticket; we’ll have it bagged up and ready to take home when dinner is finished.
