This will be an intimate evening gathered around the table in celebration of seasonality, community, and the beauty of slow living.
In collaboration with allmine, the evening will feature an abundant seasonal menu rooted in locally sourced produce led by Executive Chef Sid Hilarides. Each course is designed to reflect the landscape, the harvest, and the rituals of sharing a meal. Wine will be thoughtfully paired by Sommelier Roxana Pavel.
Set amongst the orchard and open air, this dinner marks the continuation of a series of gatherings rooted in food, art, community, and connection to the earth.
Expect a communal table, candlelight, seasonal flavors, live music, and an atmosphere intended to invite presence, conversation, and celebration of the season.

We will begin with tapas and drinks at 5pm, followed by a series of moments woven through the estate and a family style feast. This is a progressive dinner that will move you through Maison Mundua, ending with sunset desserts and live music.
