This will be an intimate evening gathered around the table in celebration of seasonality, community, and the beauty of slow living.

In collaboration with allmine, the evening will feature a thoughtfully curated, abundant seasonal menu centered around locally sourced produce led by Executive Chef Sid Hilarides. Each course is designed to reflect the landscape, the harvest, and the rituals of sharing a meal together. Wine will be curated by Sommelier Roxana Pavel.

Set amongst the orchard and open air, this inaugural dinner marks the beginning of a series of gatherings rooted in food, art, community, and connection to the earth.

Expect a communal table, candlelight, intentionally paired flavors, live music, and an atmosphere intended to invite presence, conversation, and celebration of the season.

We will begin with tapas and drinks at 4pm, followed by curated experiences around the estate and a family style feast. This is a progressive dinner that will move you through the enchanted space that is Maison Mundua, ending with sunset desserts and live music.
