Before all left to eat are tubers in the early new year, there is the rich Fall harvest. In fact, it can be so rich that it can put the abundant Summer harvest to shame. Here on this menu, we picked items near and dear to our hearts. If Ton can find a few other gems, they will make appearances as surprise courses.
