Dating back to the 7th century B.C., the rich flavors of Morocco are more similar to Middle Eastern cuisines than they are to the rest of Africa. Moroccan cuisine has always reflected the cultural aspects of the country with different, ancient regional traditions.

Chicken Tajine with Preserved Lemons and Olives

Grilled Lamb Kebabs with Cous Cous

Traditional Almond Cookies with Moroccan Mint Tea

Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration. Tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages), complimentary valet or self-parking. A 20% service charge is included.
