Join us for an extraordinary evening of culinary excellence and distinguished winemaking as Navio’s Culinary and Beverage Teams collaborate with Artemis Domaines for a one-night-only tasting experience. Chef de Cuisine Xisco Simón presents an elegant multi-course tasting menu, thoughtfully designed to complement an exceptional portfolio of wines from some of the world’s most revered estates represented by Artemis Domaines in the United States.
Throughout the evening, guests will indulge in refined seasonal dishes, featuring highlights such as Wagyu Tenderloin, Liberty Farm Duck, and other inspired creations each expertly paired to enhance and elevate the character of every pour. The curated wine selection showcases iconic producers including Jacquesson, Clos de Tart, Eisele Vineyard, Château Latour, and Beaux Frères, offering a rare opportunity to explore a collection of celebrated labels in one immersive setting.
Guiding the experience is Cory Nelund, California Ambassador and Regional Sales Manager of Artemis Domaines, who will share insights into the heritage, craftsmanship, and unique stories behind each winery and vintage. This intimate evening reflects Navio’s dedication to artistry, seasonality, and the seamless harmony between cuisine and wine.
