Straight from Napa Valley to historic Massachusetts, the Inn at Hastings Park, a 22-room luxury boutique hotel and the Boston area's only Relais & Châteaux property, hosts an exclusive five-course wine pairing dinner bringing together two remarkable talents: Rory Williams, Winemaker and Managing Director of Viticulture & Enology at Frog's Leap Winery, and Executive Chef Cory Williams.
Frog's Leap is a celebrated leader in organic, sustainable viticulture — farming estate-grown grapes with reverence for the land and crafting wines with minimal intervention, letting soil and season speak in every bottle.
Chef Williams presents a dinner rooted in seasonality, with each course drawing on produce from Codman Community Farms in Lincoln, MA. Rory, shaped by harvests in Barolo, Burgundy, and Provence and graduate study in flavor chemistry at Cornell, guides guests through each pairing with rare depth and warmth.
