For over 40 years, Marietta Cellars has been crafting wines that reflect the rugged beauty and diverse vineyards of Sonoma County and Mendocino. Founded by Scot's father, Chris Bilbro, in 1978, the winery has earned a loyal following for producing authentic, expressive wines that overdeliver in quality and character. Today, Scot continues that family tradition, farming sustainably and creating wines that beautifully showcase California's best vineyard sites.

Throughout the evening, Scot will guide guests through five remarkable wines, sharing the stories, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy behind each bottle. Our chefs have thoughtfully created a five-course menu designed to complement every wine, making this a truly memorable culinary experience.
