The husband-and-wife team of Chef Austin Sumrall and Tresse Sumrall lead the celebrated restaurant, known for its refined yet approachable take on coastal Southern cuisine, blending Gulf-driven flavors with seasonal ingredients and modern technique.
At the heart of the evening is Fork & Plough and Chef Shawn Kelly, known for his commitment to locally sourced ingredients and his thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach to Southern cuisine. With a deep connection to regional farmers and producers, Chef Kelly has made Fork & Plough a staple of Greenville’s dining scene, where seasonality and community take center stage.
