Essentials Of Wine & Cheese Pairing: Winter Solstice Edition

Join Beautiful Rind's team as we guide you through the basics of pairing wine and cheese with a fun interactive tasting. We will be tasting 5 cheeses with 5 wine styles to help you learn what works (and what doesn't). These pairings will be curated specifically for the cold & snowy winter months: featuring seasonal cheeses, winter wines & tips on the perfect pairings for our Chicago winters! We will give you a little background on each item and go over what we look for in a great pairing.

If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
