Join Beautiful Rind's team as we guide you through the basics of pairing wine and cheese with a fun interactive tasting. In this guided class, our American Cheese Society Certfied Cheese Professional will talk you through tasting 5 cheeses with 5 wine styles that are perfect to celebrate National Wine & Cheese Day! We will help you learn what works (and what doesn't). We will give you a little background on each item and go over what we look for in a great summer pairing.
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
