We are very excited to announce our first winemaker dinner at our new Escondido location, Kettle on Grand! For our November Wine Dinner Series we're announce a fantastic line up of wines from boutique Santa Barbara winery, SAMsARA! Winemaker Matt Brady will be joining us from the winery for the evening to discuss the wine selections and the daily ins and outs of life at a small production winery. This will be a great opportunity to try out 5 exceptional, high-scoring wines from a boutique winery. We'll feature a couple of winery only selections, including a grenache as well as contrasting pinot noirs! Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Matt and Erin. Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
