Endless Series, An Interactive Omakase Experience

Welcome to another Endless Series event by UHG in collab with Thirteen Water West. This is an interactive DIY omakase experience featuring a selection of four different fish.

Enjoy endless omakase prepared by the chef, course by course while also making your own sushi.

You’ll be eating sushi prepared by our chefs throughout the evening, while also making sushi of your own using the same four fish selections.

Sushi is served course by course (endlessly, until you say stop), allowing you to enjoy each piece at your own pace.

At the end of the experience, 13 nigiri you’ve created will be carefully packaged for you to take home.

In the spirit of omakase, the next course is served once the current course- including any pieces you’ve made—has been fully enjoyed. The experience continues until you say stop, within the 90-minute seating.
