February’s Emporium Global Table invites guests to experience France through a thoughtfully curated, multi-course dining experience inspired by regional French cuisine and wine.

Rooted in Lowcountry hospitality and shaped by global influence, the evening reflects the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse Adelaide Harcourt, a Savannah native whose travels brought worldly flavors back home to be shared around the table.

Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu paired with wines selected to complement each dish, interpreted through Emporium’s lens. From classic techniques to expressive pairings, the evening unfolds as a shared journey through flavor, place, and conversation.

The Emporium Global Table takes place on the third Thursday of every month, highlighting a new part of he world each time.
