In conjunction with the Tennessee Whiskey Trail’s “East Tennessee Whiskey Week,” we’ll be showcasing PostModern's locally distilled spirits by pairing the flavors with delectable small bites that perfectly complement each drink. Stanton Webster, Owner of PostModern, will be on-hand to explain the flavor profile pairings, answer questions, and talk all things spirits. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. Each ticket includes five cocktails with four small bites, and gratuity.

PostModern Distilling is locally owned and operated by four diverse and passionate individuals. They came together in the Fall of 2016 with a goal to shake things up and put Knoxville, Tennessee on the spirits’ world map. Their opened their doors in August of 2017 with the original lineup of spirits: Kore Vodka, Giniferous Gin, Empirical Gin, Chamomile Liqueur and Elderberry Gin Liqueur – all of which are being featured in the competition. Since then, they’ve continued to innovate and push boundaries with various amari and unique collaborations.
