Drawing inspiration from foremothers Edna Lewis and Mashama Bailey, the legacy of Black winemakers and distillers, and culinary traditions across the Black diaspora, Eden centers and celebrates the labor of leagues of Black cheesemongers, somms, restaurateurs and dreamers that have existed for generations.
The dinner features five composed cheese courses by Immortal Milk's Alisha Norris Jones, a dish inspired by the Black Diaspora by Maxwells Trading's Chris Jung and wine pairings by sommelier Anika Ellison.
