The evening features a four-course, family-style meal – because just like wine, the best meals are meant to be shared. Menus crafted by Chef Brud Holland, with every course paired with wines from both wineries – served side-by-side so you can sip, compare, and enjoy the unique characteristics of the East and West sides of Seneca Lake.
