Join us on January 10th to learn how to make your own Baked Duck Pappardelle at home. During the event, you'll first learn the art of duck butchery Harrison's Poultry, a 4th generation family business that has been perfecting all things poultry in Chicagoland since 1893, partnering with a local farm that uses only natural practices to raise their ducks. Then join Tortello's sfoglina in making handmade pappardelle from scratch. Every guest will get their own duck to butcher, and will take home their duck and homemade pappardelle. The class is followed by a 3 course meal of insalata verde, Baked Duck Pappardelle featuring Harrison's Poultry duck, and tiramisu. Our Baked Duck Pappardelle is a seasonal dish at Tortello, and cult favorite of so many including Guy Fieri who featured it on Diners Drive Ins and Dives. Limited tickets available. Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate vegetarian/vegan or gluten free dietary restrictions. Drinks available for purchase.
