Welcome to the Redmond Cookbook Club! Once a month we cook a cookbook together, potluck-style. This month's book is all about Indian home cooking using just 6 main spices to flavor a cookbook's-worth of recipes.

Tuesday, Jan 20th is our monthly dinner party. We each cook a recipe we've chosen from one of the books (no need to make more than one recipe just because we have two books) and bring it to share (don't forget serving utensils!).

How to choose a recipe? Join us at the planning happy hour for first pick (always the Tuesday prior from 4:30-5:30p), or after that has passed, choose one from our handy-dandy Google Sheet (the link will be in your confirmation email, but recipes are not posted until after the planning Happy Hour).
