Four accomplished chefs, four distinct culinary perspectives, and a table set high above Biscayne Bay. Maneet Chauhan, the acclaimed chef, restaurateur and television personality, has built a culinary career around bold, globally inspired flavors and an adventurous approach to cooking. Joining her is Miami’s own Adrianne Calvo, the chef and restaurateur behind Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant & Bar, whose cooking reflects her passion for vibrant flavors, Latin influences and the diverse cultures that define Miami. Kayla Pfeiffer brings her own perspective and culinary creativity to this special collaboration, while Area 31’s own Chef Kaytlin Dangaran rounds out the lineup, bringing her intimate knowledge of the restaurant and its waterfront setting to the table.

Together, the chefs will take over Area 31 for a multi-course dinner that celebrates their individual styles while embracing the spirit of discovery at the heart of SOBEWFF®. Expect an evening of expressive cooking, unexpected flavor combinations and dishes that showcase the personalities, experiences and inspirations behind each chef.
