In this workshop facilitated by Guillaume Holtzmann a French native certified sommelier and wine importer,  you will learn a systematic approach to wine tasting and build tasting skills. 

Anyone above 21 with an interest in wine is welcome. 

The class may be simultaneously in French and English

Whether you're fluent in French, still learning or do not speak French, this workshop is a fun and interactive way to learn about wine and express yourself!

What to expect:

- Tasting 4 rosé wines from different regions.

- Learning how to use a professional tasting sheet, recognizing flavor profiles and grading wine.

- Sharing impressions & discuss notes.

- Learning notions of basic viticulture & wine making.
