In this fun and approachable class, you’ll learn the art of making hand-cut homemade pappardelle pasta, tossed with roasted seasonal vegetables, tender shrimp, and a vibrant Genovese pesto sauce bursting with fresh basil and garlic.

You’ll discover how simple—and satisfying—it is to create silky pasta dough by hand, roll it out, and cut it into wide ribbons worthy of an Italian trattoria.

To finish on a sweet note, we’ll make a decadent flourless chocolate cake, rich and fudgy, served with fresh raspberries for a perfect balance of flavor.
