Join us for our third annual Dead of Winter at Hart's! On Jan 21 & 22, this seasonal set menu dinner starts with warm leeks in broth, cold oysters and clams on the half shell and radishes with bottarga. Followed by steaming cassoulet with braised white beans, duck, sausage and guanciale, and a perfect green salad. Add on smoked mackerel with vinegar onions and chicken liver pate with cornichons. Chocolate marmalade tart and triple creme cheese is for dessert. We can’t wait.
