Dashe Cellars 16th Annual Paella Fiesta

Join Dashe Cellars for our 16th Paella Fiesta on November 14th 2026. It’s our most popular event of the year!

Enjoy incredible food, while you taste a great selection of the wines that we create here at Dashe Cellars. From our Cabernet Franc to our Todd Brothers Zinfandel, we’ll be opening all our current releases to share with our friends. As a special treat, we’ll hand-select two of our best barrels for special barrel tastings, so you’ll have a sneak peek at future wines! Pick your favorite wine to pair alongside Gerard Nebesky’s famous paella, and don’t miss out on the Spanish guitar and fabulous live performance by Flamenco Viñedo.
