A True Mexican Tradition Napa Valley Style

SURCOS WINES PRESENTS: DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS WINEMAKER DINNER

Join us for a special evening honoring Día de los Muertos, a Mexican tradition centered on remembering and celebrating the lives of loved ones who have passed.

You’re welcome to dress festively and, if you wish, bring a photograph of someone special to place on our community altar as part of the evening’s remembrance. ️

Meet Winemaker Luies Gallegos at the new Surcos Wines tasting room in downtown Napa’s Oxbow District and enjoy an evening of exceptional wines thoughtfully paired with an authentic Oaxacan mole dinner.

The mole will be prepared by Violeta Espinoza, using more than 36 traditional ingredients, along with handmade corn tortillas. To finish the evening, Violeta will prepare a traditional Día de los Muertos Dulce de Calabaza.

This is an evening to share food and wine while honoring the Mexican traditions, family connections, and memories that give Día de los Muertos its meaning. ️
