Curio Wine School: Sparkling Wines from Around the World

Step into a festive evening of effervescence at Curio Wine School, where we explore the world of sparkling wines in a guided tasting journey. Whether you’re a seasoned oenophile or simply curious about the bubbles in your glass, this class promises to delight your palate and expand your understanding of sparkling wines.

During this interactive session, you’ll taste and learn about six distinct sparkling wines - such as Prosecco, Cava, Sekt, Lambrusco, and of course, Champage - from six different countries, each offering a unique expression of terroir, tradition, and technique.

Along the way, you’ll learn about the history, production methods, and significance of each style, gaining insights into what makes sparkling wine so special across the globe.

By the end of the evening, you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the artistry of sparkling wines and the confidence to select your next bottle of bubbly with ease.

Curio wines classes are designed for everyone, whether you are new to the world of wine or a wine expert. We will explore and discover new aspects of wine together. Classes are held in the Curio Wine Bar’s Wine Cellar, which is accessed down a flight of stairs. Everyone attending need to be 21 and over (this also pertains to infants and children).
