This survey-style class is a global journey into one of the most misunderstood, and underestimated, wine styles: rosé. Far more than a pink summer pour, rosé is a deeply expressive category of wine that reveals its story through place, grape, and winemaking method.

Together, we’ll taste a flight of rosés from a range of regions: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece, and beyond. Along the way, we’ll demystify winemaking techniques like saignée, direct press, and cryo maceration, and explore how climate, culture, and tradition shape the final glass.
