Discover techniques that take avocado beyond salads and toast, elevating its flavor, texture, and role in your cooking. Guests will taste every featured dish as the chefs share their approach to this versatile ingredient.

Begin the evening with complimentary valet and a sparkling reception hosted by Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits from 5:00 to 5:30 p.m. The class begins promptly at 5:30 p.m.

Robert Del Grande
A James Beard Award-winning chef and icon of Houston’s culinary scene, Robert brings 45 years of culinary expertise and influence to the evening.

Nicolas Salazar
Chef de Cuisine at The Grove in downtown Houston, Nicolas leads culinary experiences ranging from intimate dinners in Discovery Green to black-tie galas for 600 guests. A native of Bogotá, Colombia, he brings refined technique and a flair for Latin flavors.
