Cost: $50 PP Includes Wine Sampling/ $30 PP no Wine Sampling/ $25 PP Additional for Top-Tier Wine Sampling
Guests will enjoy a curated tasting journey featuring global flavors from France, Italy, Spain and America with each small plate thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement and elevate every bite.
This event will feature food created by students from: Westshore Career Tech/ Lorain County Joint Vocational School/ Frederick Douglass High School and Tri-C’s Culinary Arts Program
In the planning are samples of Olive oil poached monkfish, Chilled Grilled Octopus, Scallop Meuniere, and BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders! Guests will have the opportunity to meet culinary school students and enjoy their creations.
Wine tastings will be paired with the food to enhance each other for an unforgettable adventure.
Aramark, a leading food service company, will provide high-end appetizers and desserts, and sampling dessert wines will add to the experience. Wine professionals from Heidelberg Distributing will select the wines.
All proceeds will benefit North Coast Rotary’s youth and community initiatives.
