Crete...

Before Socrates started asking questions, there was Crete. Before Dionysus blessed the vines, there was Crete. An island of ancient varietals and rich history, Cretan wine is depicted in some of the most influential texts of history, the hieroglyphs of the pharaohs, the writings of Homer, and the terroir wine list... We will drink and snack and discuss modern Crete and the people who breathe life into this ancient land.

-it will be a seated gathering, at our communal Cellar Room Table

-6 wines will be enjoyed during the class + a welcome wine

-there will be a snack, because we want your bellies to be happy

-there will be instruction and conversation...this is a class after all...

lasting roughly 60 minutes.
