Local Event
Our Chef and Head Brewer have collaborated to create an elevated evening of thoughtfully paired food and beer. Each course is intentionally designed to complement a different handcrafted Copperz brew, highlighting how flavors from the kitchen and the brewhouse come together in perfect harmony.
Appetizer
Seared filet served with crispy potato pancakes, bright chimichurri, and a rich stout demi-glaze.
Salad Course
Scallop Frisée featuring a delicately seared sea scallop, frisée greens, toasted almonds, coconut, and a hint of red pepper, finished with a vibrant citrus vinaigrette.
Entrée
Tender roasted duck breast glazed with pomegranate, served alongside roasted broccolini and wild rice blend.
Dessert
Warm salted caramel bread pudding, rich and comforting with a perfectly balanced sweet-salty finish.
Tickets are limited and also available for purchase in person at Copperz Brewing for $85 cash or check to avoid additional online fees. Mug Club members can also save $5 when purchasing in person tickets.
