Join us at 15th Street Farm for a hands-on, seasonal cooking class where we’ll bring a beautiful, farm-fresh dinner party to life—from start to finish.

Together, we’ll create a full Korean Ssam menu inspired by what’s fresh and local, including a handcrafted beverage, appetizer, vibrant salad, entrée, and dessert. Each recipe is designed to be approachable, flavorful, and easy to recreate at home.

Working in teams, you’ll chop, sauté, and assemble select dishes while observing the full menu come together. Then, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the meal together—just like a true dinner party.

Beyond cooking, this class is all about hosting with confidence. We’ll walk through the essentials of throwing a memorable dinner party, including:
