Chef Michele will guide you step by step through the process—from selecting the right rice and building flavor with soffritto and broth, to mastering the essential finishing technique known as mantecatura for that signature silky texture.

To complete the menu, we’ll also prepare Macedonia di Frutta, a classic Italian fruit salad made with fresh seasonal fruit, citrus, and a touch of sweetness—light, refreshing, and the perfect finish to a comforting risotto.
