Learn to make Ricotta & Fava Toasts (with Homemade Ricotta), Risotto Primavera and Classic Zabaglione with Fresh Berries.

Chef Roy will guide you through the process from start to finish. You will work in teams of two to create these Dishes, then have a chance to enjoy your labor.

Class size is limited.

Please inform us prior to the class if you have any food allergies, we may not be able to make last minute adjustments.

You will be working in a professional kitchen. Please wear closed-toed footware and secure long hair.
