To celebrate two years of Corima, we’re honored to welcome our good friends Jeremiah Stone and Fabián von Hauske Valtierra of Contra for a special Circle of Sharing pop-up at Corima.
This one-night collaborative dinner marks a true full-circle moment bringing together two kitchens connected by years of shared ideas, and a deep belief in creativity, seasonality, and thoughtful cooking, rooted in the time Chef Fidel spent cooking alongside Jeremiah and Fabián at Contra
The evening will feature a 7–10 course tasting menu, blending dishes that reflect Contra’s legacy alongside Corima’s current culinary expression, created exclusively for this celebration.
More than a collaboration, this dinner is a gathering: a moment to reflect on where we’ve been, celebrate the present, and cook together in the spirit of generosity and exchange. Expect an intimate, celebratory experience rooted in craft, curiosity, and community, available for one night only.
