Starter:

Smoked Elk Eggroll with Cherry BBQ Sauce

Main:

Whole Smoked Colorado Lamb with Sweet Corn Maux Choux and Smashed Poatoes with a Lamb Brown Gravy

Dessert:

Palisade Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream from GQue Barbeque

Each course comes with a Colorado beer

Liquid Mechanics is brewing up a special Colorado Pale Ale made with Colorado grown Barley and Hops!

After Dinner, Historian Carl Rose will be presenting "Brewed at Altitude: The History of Colorado Beer and Brewing."
