First Course : Chili Lime Shrimp Tostada
Second Course: Mushroom Frisee with a steamed egg sherry xoxo
Third Course: Duck confit , polenta, sweet and sour peppers, paprikash creme fraiche
Fourth Course: Cacio di Pepe orzo risotto style
