For one evening only, Chef Mike Ruggiano and Mark Ganter, Owner of Little Water Distillery have teamed up to create a thoughtfully curated menu where each course is expertly paired with a handcrafted spirit. This casual, interactive dining experience highlights bold flavors, creative cocktails, and the craft behind both the kitchen and the distillery.
Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy:
• A welcome course with signature cocktail
• A starter course paired with a handcrafted spirit
• A main course featuring a beautifully paired bourbon selection
• A dessert course with an elevated espresso martini pairing
Mark will share insights into the distilling process and flavor profiles, while Chef Mike walks you through the inspiration behind each dish.
