Guests will be led through a curated tasting of four distinct expressions, each highlighting the natural character of agave and the influence of time and technique:

• Blanco – Bright, clean, and vibrant, the Blanco opens with fresh citrus and cracked pepper, layered over sweet cooked agave and subtle mineral notes. Crisp and expressive, it sets the foundation for the entire lineup.
• Rosa – Rested briefly in Napa Valley Cabernet wine barrels, the Rosa offers a delicate blush hue and elegant complexity. Expect soft floral aromas, gentle red fruit notes, and a silky finish that bridges the gap between Blanco freshness and aged refinement.
• Reposado – Aged in French white oak wine barrels, the Reposado brings warmth and balance, with notes of vanilla, caramelized agave, toasted oak, and a hint of spice. Smooth and approachable, it’s a crowd favorite.
• Añejo – Rich and contemplative, the Añejo is aged longer to develop deep layers of butterscotch, dried fruit, baking spice, and oak, all while maintaining the integrity of the agave. Luxurious and lingering, it’s the perfect finale.
