Once each quarter at Paloma Suerte experience the unique flavors of a single Mexican state. This February we will be featuring the state of Coahuila.

The event starts at 5pm with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner service promptly at 6:30pm. This tasting menu will consist of 5 unique courses each with a paired alcoholic beverage.
