Women Empowerment Wednesday!

Please join us on Wednesday, February 4th for an empowering evening with Dr. Michelle Pearlman, a board-certified physician specializing in evidence-based nutrition, metabolic health, and weight management.

Dr. Pearlman is the Co-Founder of Prime Institute in Coral Gables, where she helps women optimize cardiometabolic health, body composition, gut health, and hormonal balance using personalized nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and medical therapy when appropriate.

With advanced training in gastroenterology and obesity medicine, Dr. Pearlman brings a unique, systems-based approach to women’s health—bridging metabolism, muscle, bone, hormones, and longevity. She is a nationally recognized speaker and educator, passionate about empowering women to age with strength, resilience, and confidence.

Dr. Pearlman’s talk, Age with Power, explores how to optimize weight, metabolism, and strength for lifelong health.
