Step into a sensory, hands-on strawberry rhubarb preserve workshop led by Feral Future!

Saturday, April 4th at 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

Rooted in seasonality and place, this experience explores the history and craft of preserving through storytelling inspired by the land, the harvest, and the rhythms that have long guided how we eat, gather, and create.

This workshop will demonstrate essential cooking techniques, followed by a hands-on session preparing a small batch of preserves with peak-season fruit. Along the way, you’ll learn about pairing, thoughtful sourcing, and the practices that honor each harvest.

A ticket includes all workshop materials, expert instruction, and a thoughtfully paired glass of wine to complement the featured fruit. Guests will leave with their own custom-made, labeled jar of preserves to take home and enjoy, as a reminder of a shared, grounded experience.

Tickets: $65 per person
