Chocolate master class takes place in Sendero restaurant, located on the 24th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles. Hotel valet parking available at a cost of $20 for the first three hours, $20 each additional hour. Class duration is one hour.
Pricing is $180 per person plus local taxes and a 20% service charge.
Learn the art of chocolate sculpting and decorating from the hotel’s award-winning pastry chef and master chocolatier Francois Behuet. Get a sneak-peek at how Chef Francois creates incredible themed amenities and chocolate showpieces for holidays and award show weekends. Attendees receive a logo’d apron to take home, along with their chocolate showpiece. Water and sparkling wine included.
